General Description: This position is responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries and guiding callers toward high-quality products and formulations that may enhance their overall well-being. This role also involves engaging in informed discussions on a variety of health-related topics, delivering exceptional service through accurate, evidence-based information.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate, current, and comprehensive information related to Life Extension products, disease protocols, health conditions, and published content to customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product details, including ingredients, recommended dosages and proper usage.
  • Research, interpret, and communicate complex health and scientific information in a clear, professional, and reassuring manner within a real-time environment.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement by actively receiving and applying coaching and feedback to enhance performance and the customer experience.
  • Utilize active listening and effective probing techniques to identify customer needs, while efficiently navigating internal systems, delivering accurate and complete information, and documenting interactions for future reference.
  • Periodically review basic laboratory results with customers and provide appropriate product suggestions aligned with organizational guidelines.
  • Maintain consistent reliability and punctuality in adherence to scheduled work hours.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs, including overtime or schedule adjustments.
  • 2 onsite days per week is an essential function of this position.

Position Requirements:
