Job description

Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, develop, and maintain solutions within Apptio and related enterprise platforms.

  • Perform data ETL, transformation, integration, and analysis to support technology and financial management processes.

  • Configure and consume REST APIs and develop API integrations with internal and external systems.

  • Troubleshoot system, integration, configuration, and data-related issues and implement effective resolutions.

  • Analyze data quality and identify issues affecting reporting, integrations, and downstream processes.

  • Support system configuration, enhancements, testing, and deployment activities throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Support SaaS ERP system configuration and integrations as required.

  • Contribute to Technology Portfolio Management (TPM) and IT Financial Management (ITFM) initiatives.

  • Follow Agile development practices and established engineering processes.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and support procedures.

Qualifications
  • 6+ years of professional experience across the Software Development Life Cycle.

  • Hands-on experience with data ETL, data analysis, system configuration, and troubleshooting.

  • Strong experience with API integration, API configuration, and API consumption.

  • Experience with software development and enterprise application integrations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and general software engineering practices.

  • Experience with Apptio or similar Technology Business Management (TBM) platforms is preferred.
