Boulder Ponds, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for an Activity Assistant to join our growing team!

Boulder Ponds Senior Living recently opened in the spring of 2021 in Lake Elmo, MN.  It is located right on the border of Woodbury and Oakdale, right off highway 94. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 95-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services.  Boulder Ponds Senior Living is a growing community with a fun, caring, passionate team who assists our residents Age Magnificently.  Join our team today!   

Shifts Available:  Part Time 20 hours per week: 12:00pm-4:00pm (weekdays) 10:00am-2:00pm (every other weekend)
Wage: $17.50-$19.00 per hour

In this position, you will be responsible to assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant. Duties include:

  • Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
  • Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.
  • Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
  • Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
