Job description

This is a 100% remote, full-time, permanent position where you'll help Medicare-eligible members understand their health insurance options and enroll in the plan that best fits their needs.


You'll educate customers about Medicare plans from multiple insurance carriers, answer questions, recommend coverage based on their needs, and assist them through the enrollment process while providing excellent customer service.


Compensation
Training Pay: $18.00/hour
Production Pay: $19.00/hour


AEP Incentives
During the Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 – December 7), agents can earn performance bonuses.
Average bonus: $2,069
Typical earnings: $1,200–$1,800+
Approximately $27 per enrollment


Overtime opportunities may also be available.

Your schedule will be assigned within the company's operating hours.
Regular Business Hours
Monday – Friday
Operating hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST
Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)
Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Schedules may vary based on business needs, and overtime may be required during AEP.


Equipment
The company provides most equipment.
Employees must provide:
USB Headset
One 21-inch secondary monitor with DisplayPort connection
Equipment Deposit


A refundable equipment deposit of $200 will be deducted in four weekly payroll deductions of $50.
The full amount is returned when employment ends and all company-issued equipment is returned in good condition.
