Provide services and support as a Hanford Advisory Board Operations and Library Management Coordinator [General Support Services (GSS) For Hanford Field Office (HFO)] in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focussing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as U.S. Department of Energy - Environmental Management, Hanford Field Office (DOE-EM / HFO) | DOE - Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC), Cincinnati, OH Generally Located In CONUS -  Richland, Washington and across the Pacific Northwest Region (Of Country/World).

Strategic oversight and support unify leadership, communications, and counsel-enhancing governance, accountability, and Hanford mission success.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Hanford Advisory Board Operations and Library Management Coordinator [DOE0056055]

Public affairs, stakeholder engagement, fact sheets, HAB coordination. This role provides services and support for Program Office #01 Oce of the Manager, Oce of the Chief of Sta, Oce of Communications, & Chief Counsel under Job Task #01.03 - Hanford Advisory Board Operations and Library Management Coordinator with Support Functions for Secretarial Support Services, Management Consulting Services, Communications Support Services, Paralegal Support Services provided across the Hanford Field Oce (HFO).

Hanford Advisory Board Facilitator and Administrative Assistant: Coordinates HAB meetings, documentation, communication, and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with environmental laws and eective stakeholder engagement. The role is critical for facilitating eective stakeholder engagement and compliance with environmental laws at Hanford by coordinating Hanford Advisory Board meetings, maintaining essential documentation and communication, and operating a local oce and library as a resource for HAB members and the public.  Maintain Local Oce and Library: a) Oce Maintenance: Operate an oce in Richland, WA, providing phone, computer access, and limited oce space for HAB members and the public. Open at least 4 hours daily, excluding weekends and federal holidays; b)  HAB Library: Maintain a repository of HAB-related information per Federal Advisory Committee Act guidelines, subject to DOE inspection.  With a DPLH of 1920, the anticipated total FTEs are approximately 2 FTEs for this ProSidian Engagement Team Role.

Support services may vary by up to +/-15% of the indicated staffing levels.
  • - Travel:  Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the CO in advance is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
  • - Security Requirements: ProSidian Team Members shall have a Facility Clearance, and their subcontractors and team members proposed to perform classified work shall have a Facility Clearance.  When required, ProSidian personnel shall possess a DOE Clearance level as indicated in the Task description for the work performed.
  • - Place of Performance:  Work shall be conducted at the Hanford Field Office and the Hanford Site in Richland, Washington.
  • - Government-Furnished Resources: The Government will provide the ProSidian Team with office space, computer workstations, and required software at the Hanford Field Office (HFO) location to support the performance of all tasks.  Scope performance shall be conducted predominantly on-site at the Hanford Field Office (HFO) facilities (with some remote support as approved by the Contracting Officer [CO]).
