Job description
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Staff the circulation desk, checking library items in and out and helping customers find their way around the building
- Aid customers in using Library databases and finding resources in all areas of the library, including Reference and Periodicals
- Assist in maintaining Library inventory through re-shelving, scanning, and revising
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Must be enrolled as a student at Bob Jones University
- Customer Service experience
- Previous library experience
- Must (frequently) push/pull 41-100 lbs.
