Job description

  • - Developing sales support documentation like estimates, quote templates, proposal templates and sales collateral.
  • Develop proposal tools that leverage R&S quote history through LLM usage.
  • Develop a capabilities library that can be accessed by the R&S sales teams to help develop business opportunities and promote sales.
  • Drive OI increases by streamlining and optimizing ASO sales support processes and tools.
  • Establish a systems estimation process that includes sales collateral that can result in estimate delivery to the sales teams in not longer than 3-5 business days.
  • Coordinate with sales stakeholders to create proposal templates, sales collateral, and capture planning processes and procedures that maximize our sales efficacy and win rates.
  • Engage directly with Sales and BizDev teams to advocate our goods and services and be an ambassador for our solutions in the marketplace.
  • Provide sales logistics support to the Solution Design teams to increase the amount of time they can spend working with customers on complex solutions.
  • Work collaboratively across the organization - sales, system architecture and engineering, design, mechanical engineering, production, order management, procurement and contracts to develop a solutions knowledgebase.
  • Domestic and/or Overseas Travel >10%
