Job description

RH2 Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Proposal Coordinator 2 to support the firm's business development and marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating and producing high-quality, compliant proposals and submittals in a fast-paced consulting environment. The ideal candidate brings prior proposals experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry, exceptional organizational abilities, a collaborative approach, and a customer service mindset.

With your skills you will:

  • Coordinate all aspects of proposal and submittal development, including content creation, document assembly, tracking review progress, and ensuring timely delivery of final submissions.
  • Collaborate with RH2 and CSNW Project Managers and technical staff to gather and refine proposal content.
  • Edit and proofread proposal materials for clarity, readability, consistency, and compliance with solicitation requirements, while maintaining RH2's brand standards and corporate image.
  • Manage and maintain RH2's Submittals Library to ensure accurate, up-to-date content is readily accessible.
  • Update and manage the proposal tracking system; participate in weekly marketing and business development meetings.
  • Develop, update, and maintain relevant modules within Deltek to support proposal and project tracking efforts.
  • Work independently on assigned tasks with limited supervision, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with organizational standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Marketing and Business Development team.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required; equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in the AE&C industry experience required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
  • Experience with Deltek VantagePoint preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience in proofreading, editing, and producing professional documents.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across multiple office locations.
  • Highly motivated with strong follow-through and time management capabilities.

This position is primarily performed in an office/business setting. To successfully perform this job, an individual should have the ability, with or without reasonable accommodation, to:

Compensation Counts:

RH2 has an excellent multi-component compensation package built to recognize and financially reward our employees' contributions throughout their career with the company. Individual base compensation will vary within the range of $35.00-$41.00/hour based on skills, qualifications, and experience as they relate to the requirements for this position. RH2 values our employees' work/life balance and compensates for overtime at 1.5 times the base rate for hours exceeding 40 regular hours in a work week.
