Job description

Overview
Spathe Systems d.b.a as Endurion, is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator for the Joint Special Operations University (JSOU) mission in support of United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).
Spathe Systems is a rapidly growing, SOF-led, 8(a) defense contractors headquartered in Tampa, FL with offices in Fayetteville, NC and strategic partner locations in Virginia Beach and Coronado. As a small business with a tight-knit team feel, Spathe empowers its employees to solve problems and make decisions.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overall JSOU program support coordination
  • Provide course support for the university functional departments
  • Provide administrative support to aid in the tracking and reporting of globally deployed personnel to include qualifications and training
  • Coordinate shipments of course materials to adjunct instructors as needed
  • Manage the university's Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS) account. File special area, theater, and country clearances as appropriate
  • Maintain pre-deployment requirements data for all deploying and Temporary Duty (TDY) personnel for the university
  • Aid in the maintenance of faculty folders
  • Provide an official record of course documentation for inclusion in the course documentation library, assist in the updating of course documentation library, and review course documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Develop and recommend performance measures to assess instructional effectiveness in achieving course goals
  • Able to plan, coordinate with multiple key stakeholders
  • Enjoys a fast paced environment
  • Organizational proficiency- calendar, agenda, follow up, tracking, communications

Qualifications
  • SECRET clearance required
  • Associates in business administration
  • Microsoft Office 365 - advanced
  • PMP Preferred
  • 3 years' experience within the SOF community
  • 2 years' experience using APACS and Automated Message Handlings System (AMHS) experience with MIPR and budgeting transactions
  • 2 years' experience and understanding of personnel tracking programs (Friendly Force Tracker) and experience with Shout-Nano TS systems
  • Defense Institute of Security Assistance Management Level 1 qualified

Travel
  • Travel is required to various CONUS and OCONUS locations, including hazardous sites. The Contractor shall travel as initiated by written tasking
