The Opportunity

As part of the Finance Consulting Team, you will advise global organizations on improving efficiency in finance cycles such as Record-to-Report and Order-to-Cash and deliver process driven transformation utilizing leading Finance technology solutions. As a Director, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a senior level, drive overall project success, and develop top-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 10 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Master of Business Administration in Finance & Technology, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Banking and Insurance, or Data Processing/Analytics/Science preferred

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP), or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) preferred

- Proficiency in finance efficiency and effectiveness

- Possessing knowledge of core finance cycles

- Demonstrating familiarity with finance technologies

- Business intelligence tools experience

- Developing finance operating models

- Building client relationships

- Supervising and coaching teams

Up to 80%

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
