Role Overview

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Creator Commerce Specialist to support and scale our creator, affiliate, and social commerce ecosystem.

This role is the operational backbone of the Creator Commerce team- supporting affiliates, influencers, social publishing, content production, and campaign execution. You will ensure creators are activated, content is published, reporting is accurate, and campaigns run seamlessly from start to finish.

In addition to day-to-day execution, this role will also provide hands-on production and operational support for commercial shoots, content days, and marketing activations.

This is a highly cross-functional role ideal for someone who is both analytical and creatively inclined, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is excited to grow within creator-led commerce.


What You'll Own

1. Affiliate & Creator Program Support

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and management of affiliates and influencersย 
  • Coordinate product seeding, gifting, and campaign logisticsย 
  • Maintain creator communication (email, DMs, follow-ups, briefs)ย 
  • Ensure creators have all necessary assets, links, and tracking informationย 
  • Track deliverables and ensure timely content postingย 


2. Influencer Campaign & Execution Support

  • Assist in execution of influencer campaigns from start to finishย 
  • Maintain campaign trackers (content status, approvals, links, performance)ย 
  • Support content approvals and ensure brand alignmentย 
  • Help coordinate contracts, usage rights, and creator paymentsย 
  • Support campaign reporting and wrap-up documentationย 


3. UGC & Content Support

  • Source, organize, and manage user-generated content (UGC)ย 
  • Support briefing creators on content needs and deliverablesย 
  • Maintain a structured library of high-performing content for reuseย 
  • Support whitelisting and paid media teams with content organizationย 


4. Team & Operational Support

  • Support the broader Creator Commerce team across:ย 
    • Creator campaignsย 
    • Social commerce initiativesย 
    • Live commerce and content programs (as needed)ย 
  • Keep projects moving by managing timelines, trackers, and communicationย 
  • Act as a highly reliable operational support resource across multiple initiativesย

  • Strong written communication skills (captions, creator outreach, coordination)ย 
  • Comfortable working across multiple fast-moving projectsย 
  • Basic proficiency in Canva (required)ย 
  • Interest in or exposure to photo/video production or shoot environmentsย 
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and creator platformsย 
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working in spreadsheets and reporting toolsย 
  • Proactive, hands-on, and willing to "run around and get things done"ย 
  • Strong team player who thrives in execution-heavy environmentsย 
  • Available to travel 30-40% of the year
