MFG (Market Fresh Gourmet) is a growing multi-concept restaurant group, currently with 4 restaurant concepts located Mishawaka, IN. Corndance Tavern, Bourbon and Butcher, Evil Czech Brewery and Jesús Latin Grill & Tequila Bar.
Carnegie Library Special Events is our private event space seating up to 175 guests and is in the upper level of Jesús.
Our butcher shop provides locally sourced meats while our commissary kitchen produces house-made products for each of our restaurant locations.
With 4 different concepts in 3 locations, there is something for every personality!
Multi-unit & multi-concept management experience is a plus.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant General Manager to join our team.
As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of your location. Our General Managers have an ownership mentality and have a working knowledge of each department. The ideal candidate will find the balance between delegation and a hands-on approach.
To be successful as a restaurant general manager you should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. You should be someone who leads by example, both in how you interact with the guests as well as how to support your team.
You will also assume a variety of responsibilities and duties such as recruiting and hiring restaurant staff, training, overseeing food quality, creating and executing restaurant marketing strategies, as well as greeting and serving restaurant guests, and supporting service.

  • Manage oversee the entire restaurant operation
