This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things moving, creating a great candidate experience, working behind the scenes to support a busy team, and learning the many moving parts of Talent Acquisition and HR. In this role, you will help candidates, new hires, hiring managers, and the HR team stay organized, informed, and supported throughout the hiring process.

  • Assist with HR programs such as open enrollment, performance management, employee relations, and other team initiatives.

Other Responsibilities

What Sets This Role Apart:
This role is perfect for someone who loves details, organization, follow-through, and people. You will get hands-on exposure to recruiting, onboarding, HR operations, reporting, internships, employee programs, and the day-to-day work that helps an HR team run smoothly.
You will be part of the first impression candidates and new hires have of the company -helping create a thoughtful, professional, and welcoming experience from the very beginning. For someone who wants to build a strong foundation in HR and Talent Acquisition, this is a great place to learn, contribute, and grow.
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in an office setting, preferably in HR or administrative support.
