Compensation: $16 - $18 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Position

HRV Conformance Verification Associates, Inc. is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student looking to gain hands-on marketing experience while supporting real-world projects within the engineering, construction, and infrastructure industries.

The successful candidate will work directly with HRV's leadership team to support marketing initiatives, social media, website content, recruiting campaigns, proposal development, and brand awareness efforts. This position provides meaningful professional experience that extends well beyond a traditional internship.

Candidates must live and attend college or university within commuting distance of our Moon Township office. This is an on-site position and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.

Primary Responsibilities Marketing, Digital Media & Brand Support (40%)
  • Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Create content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Design graphics, promotional materials, and marketing collateral using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Assist with maintaining HRV's website, project highlights, news, and career content
  • Help ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials
  • Photograph projects, company events, and employee activities when needed
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and internal communications
Recruiting & Business Development Support (30%)
  • Assist with employment branding and recruiting marketing initiatives
  • Create and edit job advertisements, recruiting graphics, and social media recruiting campaigns
  • Support proposal preparation, formatting, graphics, proofreading, and marketing materials
  • Maintain proposal content libraries, resumes, and project descriptions
  • Assist with conferences, trade shows, career fairs, and company events
Administrative Support (30%)
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Organize marketing files, photography, and digital assets
  • Track marketing activities and assist with reporting
  • Support special projects and other marketing initiatives as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Must live and attend school within commuting distance of Moon Township, PA
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work on-site in a professional office environment
Preferred Qualifications
