About the Team

The Talent Team within Human Resources at T. Rowe Price is dedicated to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across the organization. Our team partners closely with business leaders to design and implement talent strategies that support the firm's growth and culture. We focus on talent acquisition, employee development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and workforce planning. Role Summary

As a Talent Intern in the Human Resources department at T. Rowe Price, you will support various talent-related initiatives that drive the firm's employee experience and organizational success. You will work closely with HR professionals on projects related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities
As an HR Intern supporting the Talent team at T. Rowe Price, you will provide meaningful support across several high-impact areas that are both valuable to our organizational goals and your professional development. Your responsibilities will include:

  • AI Enablement: Explore opportunities to leverage M365 Copilot and other automation tools (such as prompt libraries, summarization features, and dashboards). Document pilot outcomes and share learnings with the team.
  • Process Improvement: Map LCD/Talent workflows (including intake, scheduling, communications, and content updates) to identify bottlenecks and recommend quick wins for efficiency.
  • Governance & Process Updates: Refresh policies, procedures, and governance documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with current practices.
  • SharePoint Organization: Clean up and restructure the EL/LCD SharePoint site to drive usability and efficiency for end users.
  • Metrics & Data Support: Assist with measurement and reporting, leveraging your skills to support data-driven decision making.
  • Content Administration: Support course uploads, testing, and functional checks, ensuring a smooth and engaging learner experience.
  • Deprioritization Support: Assist with transition plans and closeouts for work streams that have been deprioritized or sunset.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Full time student with an expected graduation date of December 2027 - May/June 2028.

Preferred:

  • Open to all majors; interest in human resources and data analysis preferred
  • A growth mindset with commitment to ongoing learning of AI-augmented platforms
  • Attention to detail, proactive ideation, and organizational skills
  • SharePoint and Microsoft 365 experience
  • Data/measurement literacy and problemsolving ability
  • Instructional Design Exposure

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
