Develop new user-facing features using Java & Microservices and build reusable components and front-end libraries
Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, production-ready code
Optimize components for maximum performance across various web-capable devices and browsers
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to deliver cohesive solutions
Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Document application changes, maintain technical documentation, and share knowledge with the team
SKill
Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security).
Extensive experience with RESTful API design and development.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and data structures.
