Job description

Location: Based out of the Empire Abrasive Equipment facility in Langhorne, PA with occasional travel to Gibson Abrasive Equipment in Fishers, IN
Reports To: Director of Sales
Empire Abrasive Equipment and Gibson Abrasive Equipment are leading OEM manufacturers of abrasive blasting equipment and surface finishing solutions. We are seeking a motivated and creative Summer Marketing Intern to support marketing initiatives across both brands. This internship is ideal for a student or recent graduate with a strong interest in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and industrial manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and create new content for LinkedIn and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Record, edit, and post videos to the company YouTube channels.
  • Work with third-party marketing partners on ongoing marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Support marketing activities for both Empire Abrasive Equipment and Gibson Abrasive Equipment.
  • Capture and edit photos of equipment on the production floor prior to shipment for marketing and promotional use.
  • Create posters, graphics, and marketing materials for current equipment and product platforms.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining digital marketing assets and media libraries.
  • Travel occasionally to the Gibson Abrasive Equipment facility in Fishers, Indiana.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to identify new marketing opportunities and content ideas.
  • Bring forward collaborative ideas, suggestions, and creative concepts that may benefit the mission and growth of both companies.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Experience with video recording, editing, and basic graphic design tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Professional attitude with attention to detail.
