- BIM project file maintenance, prevention, and corruption recovery
- Manage and maintain project documentation and data within Autodesk Construction Cloud/Autodesk Forma platform
- Associate degree in building information modeling or related, or bachelors degree in architecture, structural engineering, or related
- 2-5 years experience working on building structures with architects or structural engineers, understanding of the practice of architecture, project delivery, and construction methods
- Competency in BIM modeling and drawing production, specializing in Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud/Autodesk Forma
- Strong understanding of BIM principles, processes, and workflows
- Knowledge of other BIM modeling related software (Navisworks, Advance Steel, Tekla, FormIT, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Risa, Hilti, etc.) is a plus
- Experience using AutoCAD in the production of 2D Drawings
- Experience in or desire to learn visual programming, such as Dynamo, or traditional programming, C#, and .NET Framework is a plus
