Job Summary:
Are you a designer who thrives at the intersection of brand, data, and storytelling? Trimont is seeking a creative professional to join the Marketing and Communications team as a Senior Associate, Creative Design, driving visual execution across the organization.
In this role, you will bring marketing and communications strategies to life through compelling, on-brand design across digital, print, video, and web. Working under the creative direction of the Associate Director of Marketing, you will partner closely with marketing and communications teams to deliver high-quality visual storytelling across all channels.
Location: Hybrid - Atlanta, GA
Responsibilities:
  • Graphic design execution: Create visual assets across channels, including social media, email templates, event collateral, one-pagers, infographics, and branded materials.
  • Presentation design: Design and format presentations for executive, client, and internal audiences, ensuring clarity and visual consistency.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and asset libraries to ensure consistency across all entities. Support brand rollouts, rebrands, and acquisitions.
  • Advertising and campaign creative: Develop creative for LinkedIn campaigns, digital advertising, and event sponsorship materials.
  • Image and asset production: Perform photo editing, retouching, and image preparation for digital and print use.
  • Data visualization: Create charts, maps, and infographics from raw data to support research publications and reporting (including market trackers and LinkedIn newsletter content).
  • Video and motion: Edit and produce video content for social media, employer branding, webinars, and events. Develop basic motion graphics and animations.
  • Web and email design: Design and build website and landing pages in WordPress; create and maintain HTML email templates.
  • Internal communications design: Produce visuals for internal communications, including announcements, newsletters, intranet content, town halls, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives (including DEI and recognition programs).
  • Creative strategy and collaboration: Translate business objectives into effective visual solutions. Partner with stakeholders to concept and recommend creative approaches.
  • Project execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain quality and consistency, and deliver on deadlines across a high volume of work.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of professional design experience (B2B, financial services, or professional services experience is a plus).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, data visualization, presentation design, and digital content.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience creating data visualizations (charts, maps, infographics) from raw data.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress (page building and basic customization).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and web updates.
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple projects.
  • Ability to manage priorities independently while working collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to interpret briefs, ask clarifying questions, and present design concepts to non-design audiences.
