Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Must have a Valid Unrestricted Driver's License
  • Must have one to two years of driving experience and be insurable
  • Must be 21 years of age or older (Not Montana or Hawaii)
  • Previous auto detailing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Willing and able to work in various weather conditions, as job duties require exposure to outdoor elements, including both hot and cold conditions, rain, snow, wind, etc.
  • Maintain an unrestricted, valid driver's license and a safe driving record
  • Willing and able to operate all types of automotive vehicles on different routes, including streets, boulevards, freeways, bridges, and tollways.
  • Must be willing and able to meet necessary security and safety requirements to work on airport grounds, resort hotels, and general aviation properties.
  • Proficiency in using navigation tools to navigate assigned routes efficiently.
  • Has excellent English-speaking communication skills, both verbal and written, will be interacting with customers. Bilingual candidates are a plus!
  • Willing and able to use state of the art computerized tools, like a computer, tablet, Mobile Phone, and other electronic devises.
  • Physical ability to sit, walk, and stand for 8-10 hours daily.
  • Willing and able to quickly enter and exit various types of vehicles, including exotic, luxury, SUVs, and large SUVs.
  • Willing and able to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stretching, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Willing and able to easily detail and clean all sizes of vehicles for up to 8+ hours
  • Able and willing to work a rotating schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

*Must be able to speak and understand basic English sufficient to communicate effectively with management, team members, FBO and Hotel Partners, and leads, follow verbal and written instructions, and understand safety protocols.
