Overview
The Marketing Manager manages the execution of marketing strategies for assigned brand and title marketing campaigns across Paramount+ & Pluto TV. In this role they will oversee the daytoday implementation of campaigns, reviews insights, recommends KPIs, and ensures strategies are adjusted based on performance.
 
The Marketing Manager will ensure effective media spending through post campaign analysis, providing insights and key learnings to inform future strategic campaign planning across the full marketing funnel, maximizing ROI. This role will also act as a liaison with the Direct Response and CRM teams to ensure a coherent campaign across all consumer touchpoints.
 
This is an open vacancy and will be a fixed-term 6 month role. 
 
Responsibilities include but not limited to
  • Manages development and implementation of marketing strategies across one or multiple projects.
  • Reviews consumer insights and competitive intelligence and recommends KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign and performance data to generate insights to inform creative, targeting, and channel strategy
  • Manages brand campaign needs; in charge of daytoday workflow execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Social, PR, Performance Marketing, Media, Partner Marketing, Content and Insights & Research as well as agencies Owns the media planning and campaign execution across key platforms purchased in-house (Meta, TikTok, Google, Reddit, YouTube etc)
  • Determines work plans to deliver on approved objectives.
  • Resolves challenges and removes roadblocks to achieve objectives.
  • Executes budgets, schedules, and resource plans.

  • 2+ years' experience in Marketing

  • Deep to comprehensive knowledge of marketing strategy and analysis protocols

The salary range for this position is between $45/hr and $45/hr. The hiring salary range for this position represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, equity, or benefits, as may be applicable. The starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
