Job Summary: This 25-hour/week position performs circulation and customer service functions. Answers directional questions and refers customers to appropriate materials.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
-Performs Circulation duties, such as checking materials in and out, handling bills and notices, placing items on hold, processing courier delivery, processing a variety of reports, and account maintenance.
-Assists patrons with reference, computer, and equipment questions and support.
-Assists in planning and implementing programs and outreach activities.
-Handles interlibrary loans.
-Serves on internal and external committees and workgroups.
-Shelves materials.
-Collecting crates of materials for patrons/organizations utilizing the delivery service.
-Prepares bulletin boards and other displays.
