What Your Day May Look Like

No two days in home health are exactly the same and that's part of what keeps things interesting.

You'll be one of the people our staff, applicants, patients, and visitors depend on to keep the office organized and running smoothly.

You'll:

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member
  • Greet visitors and provide professional, friendly assistance
  • Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
  • Maintain organized employee and patient records
  • Support recruiting and new-hire onboarding activities
  • Track employee documentation, licenses, certifications, and required credentials
  • Assist with compliance-related administrative tasks
  • Provide scheduling and office coordination support
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
