Job Summary
Administrative support role providing office coordination, reporting, supplier support, legal team assistance, data management, and project coordination for business operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Support legal and administrative operations
• Handle supplier setup, changes, and purchase order support
• Manage assignment mailboxes and department communications
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel, and events
• Prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence
• Maintain databases, records, and department files
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and process documentation
• Support attorney memberships, dues, and patent-related meetings
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) activities as needed
• Research inquiries and resolve routine issues
