Responsibilities also involve day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, relaying messages, sorting mail, filing, and data entry.

  • All positions are in hospitals and nursing homes. These facilities are open 24 hours/7 days each week.
  • General shift availability:
    • Days (7a-3p or 8a-4p)
    • Evenings (3p-11p or 4p-12a)
    • Nights (11p-7a or 12a-8a)
    • *Clerical positions are usually 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
  • Every other weekend is usually required for all positions.

COVID-19 vaccination is required.
