The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in maintaining the organization and flow of office operations for a luxury custom building company. This individual will support internal teams through document management, coordination, communication, and administrative processes.

This is a highly detail-oriented role that requires strong organizational habits, consistency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to office staff and leadership

Manage and organize digital and physical files in accordance with company systems

Assist with document preparation, formatting, and distribution

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications

Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Support project teams with administrative tasks as needed

Assist with data entry and record keeping across various platforms

Uphold company standards for document control and organization

Qualifications
