Job description

Liberty Maintenance is a rapidly growing home repair and maintenance company proudly serving the greater Philadelphia area. We are currently looking for a dependable and experienced Carpenter to join our team in a full-time position.

The ideal candidate will possess at least three (3) years of experience in carpentry or general construction. This position requires the ability to work successfully both independently and collaboratively with a team. It is an excellent role for a motivated carpenter seeking a stable, long-term career with room to grow.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of carpentry or construction experience

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

  • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

  • Valid driver’s license required

Compensation:

$62,000 - $79,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Framing of walls with wood/metal studs, framing decks, doorways, windows, etc

  • Drywall patching, interior repairs, and painting

  • Installation of Decks, doorways, and windows

  • Finish carpentry, including trim work, handrails, etc

  • Tile work and flooring installation

  • Knowledge and use of power tools, including table saw, chop saw, drills, etc

  • Drive van/truck, stock & clean vehicle, pick up materials for jobs

  • Must be able to wear a half- and full-face respirator



Qualifications:
  • Must have a clean driving record, a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a criminal background check

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs regularly

  • Minimum of 3 years of carpentry or construction experience

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

  • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
