A Liability Claims Manager oversees the process of handling, investigating, and resolving liability insurance claims. They assess claims to determine the insurer’s liability, manage a team of claims adjusters, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. To thrive as a Liability Claims Manager, you need expertise in insurance claims processes, risk assessment, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business or law. Familiarity with claims management software, regulatory compliance systems, and industry certifications like AIC or CPCU is often required. These abilities are crucial for minimizing financial loss, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering fair, timely resolutions for all parties involved.
