Your Role on the Team

Stonecrest Apartments is a 256 unit affordable multi-family property in Kingsport, Tn. . As a Maintenance Technician, you'll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager to help keep the apartment community safe, clean, and welcoming. You'll support day-to-day maintenance by completing work orders, assisting with apartment turns, maintaining curb appeal, and helping with special projects as needed. You'll share in an on-call rotation with the maintenance team and use a variety of skills-including HVAC, painting, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, carpentry, and custodial work-while making a positive impact on the community and residents you serve.


Who is our Ideal Candidate?

  • Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Ability to train, coach, and guide other maintenance personnel.
  • Shared on-call with other maintenance staff is required.
  • Capable of meeting all physical role requirements including navigating multi-level environments via stairs.ย 
  • HVAC certification or related certifications (such as EPA) are a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
