  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers through phone calls and written correspondence.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers to identify and resolve issues preventing payment.
  • Investigate account discrepancies, determine errors, and resolve disputes promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve straightforward disputes or errors.
  • Review and research billing information for accuracy, submitting corrections and dispute resolutions as needed.
  • Maintain detailed account records using Excel spreadsheets and limited web-based portals.
  • Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution and payment compliance.
