Job description

Priority Lexus is looking for an energetic, organized, and motivated Sales BDC Representative to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is excellent on the phone, comfortable texting and emailing customers, competitive, and motivated by results.

You do not need automotive experience. We are looking for someone who communicates well, follows up consistently, and knows how to create a great first impression.

What Is a Sales BDC Representative?

Our Business Development Center is often the first point of contact for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle.

Your job is to communicate with customers, answer questions, build interest, and most importantly:

Set quality appointments for our sales team.

This is not a traditional call-center position. You will work directly with our sales department and play an important role in helping customers begin their experience with Priority Lexus.

What You'll Do
  • Respond quickly to internet and website leads
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Communicate with customers through phone, text, and email
  • Answer basic questions about vehicles, availability, and the dealership
  • Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership
  • Follow up with customers who have not yet purchased
  • Confirm upcoming appointments
  • Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM
  • Work closely with sales managers and sales representatives
  • Help turn customer inquiries into dealership visits and sales
