The Marketing organization is seeking an innovative and strategic Performance Marketing expert with a deep specialization in programmatic media to drive incremental global membership growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful programmatic strategies across connected TV (CTV), display, online video, and audio.

This role requires a strong analytical mind to evaluate performance metrics, optimize ROAS, and unlock new opportunities through a collaborative test-and-learn approach. We need a data-savvy professional who excels in stakeholder management, partners effectively with creative teams, and enhances relationships with acquisition partners to deliver high-quality impressions and added value. Key Responsibilities Own, execute, and regularly optimize programmatic performance marketing campaigns across CTV, display, video, and audio channels, in addition to other paid media.

Deliver strong business impact (e.g. revenue, growth, and ROAS) across all key markets, contributing to Netflix's membership growth goals. Lead the end-to-end project management for performance marketing campaigns, including managing timelines, deliverables, and communications to stakeholders

Manage relationships with regional stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class partnership. Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Country Marketers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, legally-compliant creative to potential members. Be an expert in programmatic-first creatives across CTV, display, video, and audio placements.

Collaborate with partner teams to develop a test-and-learn agenda aimed at unlocking new programmatic channels, ad formats, and scaling user acquisition activities. Assist in translating campaign/test results into clear, concise, visual, and exec-friendly memos and decks. Be a thought partner to a broad set of cross-functional partners, including Finance, Data Science, and Engineering, on key web and mobile solutions for optimal measurement needs.

Streamline ad operations, including partnering with platform reps to set up campaigns, upload creative into the platforms, build and QA ads, and set the ads live. Maintain and enhance Netflix's relationships with user acquisition partners, unlocking additional value and opportunities. Requirements +7 years of implementing successful customer acquisition strategies and managing KPIs in the entertainment industry, a fast-paced subscription-led business, or a digital-native company, with a focus on running and scaling programmatic campaigns across CTV, display, video, and audio.

Experience building a programmatic performance marketing program from scratch, working directly in and with DSP platforms such as The Trade Desk and DV360. Resourceful, endlessly curious, and has a high comfort level independently project managing complex initiatives with many moving parts and stakeholders. In-depth understanding of user acquisition algorithms, incremental-based KPIs, and programmatic marketing technology (DSPs, Ad Servers, Campaign Managers, Ad Verification, etc.) Comfortable building campaigns and ads in DSPs

Experience with "Ads Manager" tools for businesses (e.g. Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads Manager) an added bonus. Strong interpersonal skills and communication capabilities with the ability to work across both highly technical and highly creative teams

Analytical with an ability to craft a clear and concise data-driven narrative. High tolerance for change, and the capacity to accomplish enormous amounts of work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Strong level of ownership, accountability & ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different projects.

Respect, understanding, and enthusiasm for Netflix culture. Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options.

To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $215,000.00 - $346,000.00. Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits

We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off. Full-time salaried employees are immediately entitled to flexible time off.
