Overview

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Mid-level Intelligence Analyst with depth of experience in processing electronic signals (Strategic C4I systems) to support a government program in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. Candidate should have significant experience in HF and sub-HF spectrum - with a strong emphasis on subsurface warfare signals identification and processing. Former Navy CTRs with subsurface experience are ideal fits for this job, and CTRs with predominantly higher spectrum experience with a high number of years of signal exploitation experience who are willing to learn may also be considered.ย 

Essential Job Duties

  • Gather, review, analyze, assess, and document signal-derived information for onward use by mission partners.ย 
  • Work in concert with signals subject matter experts to codify information obtained through daily/weekly/monthly processing of data - for incorporation into larger project effort.ย 
  • Produce local training materials, working aids, and tailored database accesses to support both knowledge transfer to other analysts and day to day work. Support includes the attendance at periodic analytical meetings hosted by the Project Management Office to discuss military events of interest.
  • Review, analyze and assess information derived from original language documents and as needed, seek out document translations and assess information derived from original language documents.
  • Provide written and oral reports concerning systems of interest and perform open-source data mining operations as needed.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Active in scope TS/SCI with CI Poly.ย 
  • 5 years of experience as an analyst researching and analyzing adversarial C4I and/or C5ISRT architecture, organizational and operational procedures, trends and technical characteristics.
  • 8 years of experience assessing adversarial C4I and/or C5ISRT hardware and software.
  • Must possess a strong foundation in RF and spectrum analysis.
  • Ability to conduct and employ All-Source, including open-source, research/data-mining and fusion analysis operations and techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize IC databases and analytical/ RF software tools.
  • Demonstrates superior written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience as an analyst researching and analyzing adversarial C4I and/or C5ISRT architecture, organizational and operational procedures, trends and technical characteristics.
  • 8 years of experience preferred assessing adversarial C4I and/or C5ISRT hardware and software.
