Job description

Standard Job Description You will be the Manager of the F-35 Mission Systems Sustainment Supply team, reporting to the Integrated Sustainment Parts & Materials Senior Manager. In this role you will be the direct leader for a team of approximately 20 Item Analysts, responsible for ensuring delivery of materials to the Global F-35 Fleet, and repair and order management to meet customer outcomes. This will require a collaborative business approach working relationships with the Lockheed Martin team, Government Program Office (JSFPO), Suppliers/Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), warehousing/transportation providers, and F-35 customers.

Basic Qualifications Demonstrated prior experience with leading teams and/or project teams Demonstrated experience overseeing and managing the operational aspects of ongoing projects and/or serving as the liaison in a cross-functional environment; ability to work without frequent oversight and tenacity to accomplish assignments Demonstrated experience collaborating with customers and key stakeholders Demonstrated experience creating presentations and presenting to senior-level company executives and customers Desired Skills Demonstrated experience operating within a Supply Chain Management or Logistics function (i.e. distribution, logistics, support systems, contract negotiations, and/or sub-contract knowledge) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience Understanding of how Supply Metrics (i.e. MICAP Hours, GIE, S-Rate, TNMCS) contribute to air vehicle metrics (i.e
