Now Hiring: Certified Dozer Operators – Immediate Opening

We are currently seeking experienced Certified Dozer Operators to join our team for an immediate opportunity. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment and must be comfortable using GPS Auto Grade technology to complete precise grading and earthwork operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate dozers safely and efficiently on active construction sites
  • Perform grading, leveling, and earthmoving operations according to project specifications
  • Utilize GPS Auto Grade systems to maintain accuracy and meet job requirements
  • Complete daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues
  • Follow all safety procedures, site rules, and OSHA guidelines
  • Work effectively with site supervisors, operators, and ground crews to complete projects on schedule

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating dozers required
  • Must be certified and experienced with heavy equipment operations
  • Strong understanding of GPS Auto Grade systems required
  • Valid driver’s license required (operators will be responsible for driving company vehicles when needed)
  • Valid government-issued ID required
  • OSHA 10 certification required
  • Ability to work outdoors and in varying job site conditions
