The Software Engineering Manager II will lead a larger team of software engineers and play a crucial role in managing more complex projects. YourResponsibilitieson theTeam

  • Manage a team of mid to senior-level software engineers, providing guidance on complex technical challenges.

  • Lead the planning, development, and delivery of multiple software projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align software development efforts with businessobjectives.

  • Drive continuous improvement in software development practices, including code quality, testing, and deployment.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and support team members in their career development.

  • Mentor and develop engineering talent.

Your Toolbox

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; aMaster'sdegree is a plus.
