Role Descriptions:
Senior RF Optimization Engineer with 10+ years of experience to maximize 4G and 5G network performance.
Responsibilities include optimization of multi-vendor RAN environments and bridge the gap between telecom infrastructure and modern IT systems.
Optimize RAN KPIs: Improve 4G/5G throughput| accessibility| and retainability metrics.
Manage Multi-Vendor Hardware: Configure and tune Ericsson| Nokia| and Samsung systems.
Deploy AI Solutions:
Use AI/ML tools for predictive optimization and automated troubleshooting. Collaborate with IT teams to align OSS data with network automation pipelines.
