Job Description:
The 'County Administrator' role manages county user PATH NC accounts (e.g., adding sub-roles, setting up Power BI roles, adding/updating PATH NC security roles, and adding/updating the users' assigned supervisor). This is an onsite position.
This is an onsite position based in Charlotte, NC.
Summary:
Provides technical support and manages county user PATH NC accounts. Serves as the main point of contact for resolving IT issues, configuring security roles, setting up Power BI access, and maintaining service directories
Key Responsibilities:
Manage PATH NC user accounts, roles, and supervisors
Maintain directories for community services, DA offices, and schools
Provide Level II IT support via phone or remote tools
Document processes and maintain knowledge base articles
Skills & Abilities:
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Adaptability in high-pressure or emergency situations
Team collaboration and customer service focus
Knowledge of Windows 10, MS Office, ServiceNow, and ITSM tools
Familiarity with hardware and networking basics
Requirements:
3+ years of IT support experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid NC or SC Driver's License with County Driving Privileges
