This is the description.
We are looking for a positive and eager IT Integration Desktop Engineer who can be inserted within an already dynamic team and thrive. This role provides exceptional "White Glove" Level 1 desktop setup and support remotely to Clinicians during both Optum network and device cutovers and Business White Glove one on one support sessions.
Essential Functions: Build, configure, and ship new integration devices. Process returns, update Asset Management records, and arrange for shipping of returns. Communicate with end users and provide technical support. Troubleshoot issues related to software, desktops, laptops, and network connectivity. Demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work in a highly dynamic environment.
