What you'll do
Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:
  • Handles new design configuration in SAP S/4 HANA for Plant Maintenance focusing on the overall site maintenance needs.
  • Integral part of implementing maintenance processes such as Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Emergency Maintenance (with workflow), Overhead Labor, Refurbishment Management, Project Order Maintenance, and Service Order Management with Time and Materials Billing
  • Responsible for all support incidents, problems and change requests related to Plant Maintenance, Quality Maintenance, Project Systems
  • Responsible for all Sprint Planning, Sprint Workshops, Build, Testing, and Training for the plant maintenance workstream
  • Lead initial requirements sessions to gather details to support the configuration of the Plant Maintenance solution
  • Support and conduct all training and lead the testing sessions for Plant Maintenance
  • End-to-end business responsibility for planning the enterprise SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) platform.
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders (automation, maintenance, IT, industrial engineering, etc.) as well as external suppliers to identify technological and business needs, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Defining, realizing, and managing reports critical to production and maintenance operations.
  • Commissioning and Acceptance: Conducting availability tests, training, and open points tracking (defect processing), final acceptance, and lessons learned.

Location & Travel Expectations:
  • This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Blythewood, South Carolina.
  • This role requires 4-5 days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings and events.
  • Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or another technical fields. An equivalent amount of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrated expertise in production/maintenance systems such as SAP or another maintenance system
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a complex production/IT landscape in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Autonomous working approach
  • Willingness to travel both domestic and internationally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay Transparency
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial Base Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00
Internal Leveling Code: IC9
