Job Summary:
InterSources Inc. is a Small, Woman, and Minority-Owned Business Enterprise with over 18 years of experience in IT Consulting Services. They are seeking an experienced SAP Project Implementation Manager/Specialist to support statewide ERP initiatives, focusing on SAP Finance and Treasury modules and overseeing critical implementation projects.
Responsibilities:
• Work with the SCEIS Director, Enterprise Project Manager, and functional team leads to develop and maintain project plans supporting SC DOT and State Treasurer's Office initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Finance and Treasury Team Leads to coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and integration efforts.
• Provide overall coordination, stability, and status reporting across assigned projects.
• Manage communication between all affected enterprise areas regarding scope, budget, risk, and resource requirements.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, and potential impacts to project milestones and deadlines.
• Report system development or implementation issues that could affect timelines, staffing, or cost.
• Manage project closure, including documentation of lessons learned and archival of project artifacts.
• Recommend best practices for project and portfolio management, specifically related to Treasury and FI projects.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of SAP implementation/project management experience.
• PMP or PMI-related project management certification.
• 5+ years of SAP Project Management experience.
• 5+ years of SAP Implementation experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Project.
• Must be a South Carolina Resident (No relocation allowed)
Preferred:
• Experience with SAP Finance and Treasury Management modules, including integration.
• Process Mapping using Microsoft Visio.
