Job Title: Engineering Customer Manager
Type of contract: Full Time
Expected Hiring Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

Promote and enforce safety culture across all engineering activities
Manage Design and Manufacturing Engineering teams for customer projects
Lead the development of product, process, and equipment solutions (OPTIMAP/OPTIPRO)
Provide technical inputs and quotations during AVP phases
Ensure achievement of project Quality/Cost/Time targets for all deliverables
Oversee workload planning, resource allocation, and team performance
Guarantee application of standards (POMS, Keops, Optimap, Optipro, golden rules, lessons learned)
Support industrial launches, tooling readiness, and engineering deep-dive problem solving
Manage subcontracted CAD activities and technical proposal processes
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and standardization activities

Profile:

This role operates under TISAX confidentiality level [Level 3], requiring appropriate handling of sensitive information. 

Engineering degree in Mechanical, Plastics, or Chemical Engineering
Experience in managing Product Design, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering teams
Strong technical background in design, industrial processes, and manufacturing engineering
Knowledge of safety policies and industrial risk prevention
Ability to manage budgets, hours, and investments
Strong communication skills in multicultural environments (English mandatory)
Leadership, team spirit, autonomy, and decision-making skills
Ability to manage resources, workload, and project commitments
Familiarity with POMS, OPTIMAP, OPTIPRO, and related standards
Capability to drive continuous improvement and capitalize lessons learned
