Less physically demanding jobs generally require strong communication skills, computer literacy, and attention to detail, often backed by a high school diploma or postsecondary certification. Familiarity with office productivity software, teleconferencing tools, or customer relationship management (CRM) systems may be necessary, depending on the specific occupation. Less physically demanding roles primarily focus on clerical, administrative, and computer-based tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, answering emails, or providing customer service over the phone or online.
