We are seeking a Lemon Law Intake Specialist to join our growing team. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for qualifying, onboarding, and converting leads into retained cases.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and results-driven, with strong communication skills and the ability to guide potential clients through the intake and sign-up process.
Salary Range: $20.00 $26.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails from prospective clients
  • Conduct initial screenings for California Lemon Law eligibility
  • Gather and document key case details (vehicle history, repair attempts, warranties, etc.)
  • Clearly explain the firms process and set expectations with clients
  • Convert qualified leads into signed clients (retainerships)
  • Send, track, and follow up on retainer agreements and onboarding documents
  • Maintain accurate notes and records in CRM/case management systems
  • Coordinate with case managers and attorneys for smooth case handoff
  • Follow up with warm leads to maximize conversion rates
  • Meet daily/weekly KPIs (calls, follow-ups, signed cases)
Qualifications:
  • Prior intake, sales, or client-facing experience required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable handling high call volume in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads simultaneously
  • Results-driven with a focus on conversion and client experience
  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, Google Workspace, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Lemon Law or personal injury intake
  • Familiarity with California Lemon Law (Song-Beverly Act)
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
  • Experience using CASEpeer or similar legal case management software
