The Leisure Sales Manager is a key revenue driver for E11EVEN Hotel & Residences, charged with generating and maximizing leisure room revenue by cultivating and growing highvalue leisure travel partnerships. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with luxury travel advisors, consortia networks, wholesale partners while positioning the hotel as a muststay luxury lifestyle destination for discerning travelers. The Leisure Sales Manager brings a deep understanding of the upscale leisure market, a strong network of industry relationships, and a strategic, relationshipdriven sales approach that reflects the bold energy and elevated service experience synonymous with the E11EVEN brand. Working closely with internal teams, this role ensures seamless collaboration and exceptional guest experiences, driving consistent production while elevating the hotel’s presence within the global luxury leisure marketplace.

  • The Leisure Sales Manager is responsible for cultivating and sustaining highvalue relationships with elite leisure travel partners.
  • This role aggressively solicits and secures new leisure business to drive premium room revenue, suite bookings, and extended leisure stays, while positioning E11EVEN Hotel & Residences as a bold, muststay luxury lifestyle destination for the world’s most discerning travelers.
  • Strategic account management includes targeted sales calls, curated agency trainings, inperson visits, virtual presentations, and a strong presence at key industry events, roadshows, and networking opportunities that amplify brand visibility and production.
  • Consortia participation, rate loading, promotional strategies, and production performance are managed in close partnership with Revenue Management to optimize demand, maximize Average Daily Rate (ADR), and strengthen market positioning.
  • Luxury travel advisors, partners, and VIP clients are hosted for immersive site inspections, familiarization trips, and elevated leisure stays that showcase the hotel’s sophisticated design, hightouch service culture, and unmistakable E11EVEN energy.
  • Close collaboration with Rooms, Operations, Marketing and Public Relations, Guest Services, and Reservations ensures flawless execution of VIP arrivals, personalized amenities, and seamless, highimpact guest experiences.
  • Daily participation in the Highgate Hotel Business Review (HHBR) ensures alignment with overall hotel performance, pace, and strategic demand within the leisure segment.
  • Production from top leisure accounts is actively monitored, with ongoing evaluation of agency performance, market trends, and competitive insights used to refine strategy and enhance forecast accuracy.
  • A disciplined and proactive sales solicitation program is maintained through consistent outbound activity, lead generation, and followup.
  • Leisurefocused promotions, targeted campaigns, and brand initiatives are supported in collaboration with the Director of Sales and the broader commercial team.
  • Accurate and timely preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales activity reports and production summaries is required.
  • Onproperty client engagements are handled with polish and presence to ensure a seamless experience and longterm partnership value.
  • The Leisure Sales Manager represents E11EVEN Hotel & Residences and Highgate with confidence, integrity, and a luxury service mindset that reflects a bold, entertainmentforward lifestyle brand.
  • Participation in client entertainment, hosted experiences, and industry functions is expected to strengthen relationships and drive leisure production.

  • A minimum of five years of progressive sales experience is required, including at least three years in a leadership or managerial role within a luxury, lifestyle, or leisurefocused environment.
  • Proven experience within a hotel, resort, or related hospitality setting is strongly preferred, with direct exposure to highend leisure travel segments.
  • A strong understanding of luxury travel distribution channels, wholesale partners, agencies, and travel advisor networks is required.
  • College coursework or a degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field is helpful.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Windowsbased systems, including companyapproved spreadsheets and wordprocessing applications, is required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required, with the confidence and polish to engage effectively with associates, leadership, luxury travel advisors, and VIP guests.
  • A proven ability to listen actively, understand needs, and clearly articulate solutions in a refined, serviceoriented manner is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced, highexpectation environment are required.
  • The ability to work independently while also collaborating seamlessly with crossfunctional teams is essential.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings or weekends, and to travel for sales calls, agency visits, industry events, and trade shows is required based on business needs.
