What are some common challenges faced by employees working at LEGOLAND and how can they be overcome?

Working at LEGOLAND often involves interacting with a high volume of guests, many of whom are families with young children, which can present challenges in crowd management and maintaining a positive guest experience during peak times. Employees may also need to adapt quickly to different roles, such as assisting with rides, retail, or food service, depending on staffing needs. To overcome these challenges, team members benefit from strong communication skills, flexibility, and a collaborative approach with colleagues and supervisors.
