What is a Lego?

A Lego job typically refers to a position at The Lego Group, the company that designs, manufactures, and sells Lego sets and products. Roles vary across multiple departments, including design, engineering, marketing, sales, and retail. Employees contribute to the development, production, and promotion of Lego products, ensuring creativity and quality. What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Lego position?

To thrive as a LEGO Model Designer, you need strong creative design skills, spatial reasoning, and experience with LEGO building, typically supported by a background in industrial design, architecture, or a related field.
