Job description

Job Title: Legal Assistant
Job Description
This role involves performing complex administrative and legal secretarial duties that require a thorough understanding of legal terminology, processes, and procedures. The position will interact with internal attorneys, external counsel, corporate executives, and customers, handling sensitive information with discretion and judgment.
Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and project support to Legal leadership.
  • Manage calendars, communications, and schedules.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics and itineraries.
  • Draft correspondence and materials with high accuracy.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive corporate/legal data.
  • Prepare expense reports and assist with invoices.
  • Maintain legal files and documentation systems.
  • Coordinate meetings and communications.
Essential Skills
  • 2-5 years of experience in a Legal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support role within a law firm, corporate legal department, or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, documentation, and administrative processes.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Pay and Benefits
