This is a Temporary role set through the end of December 2026

Job Summary

Provide excellent sales support to assigned account managers, agents and employer groups to maintain and grow membership in assigned territory. Also responsible to coordinate renewals, proposals, open enrollment/benefit materials, as well as the submission and implementation of renewing benefit plans and required reporting.

Essential Functions
  • Interacts with various departments to provide timely and accurate resolution of issues for our customers and to facilitate accurate and timely processing of benefits/opportunities and member/group setup.

  • Manages assigned book of business by responding to requests timely, and developing and maintaining relationships.

  • Assists Sales Department in maintaining all pertinent information relative to field activities that they support.

  • Ensures data accuracy during the sales process as it pertains to benefits, compliance, group information, agent information, etc.

  • Effectively educates members, agents and employers on how the plan works, data requirements for Request for Proposals, benefits offered and how to enroll.

  • Coordinates renewal packets and open enrollment materials according to specifications.

  • Updates internal databases, runs various reports, and completes/reviews legal documents to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

Required

  • Associate's Degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience

  • 2 years of relevant experience related experience

  • 2 years of relevant experience with health care benefit plans (i.e. self-funded, fully-funded employer group)

Preferred

  • 2 years of relevant experience with servicing agents, employer groups, members, or similar populations
