A highly respected business law firm in downtown Raleigh is seeking a proactive Legal Technology Support Specialist to serve as the primary technical partner for its executive and legal teams. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, directly resolving desktop issues, optimizing legal application performance, and managing critical vendor relationships. It offers an exceptional opportunity to dive into specialized legal engineering and law firm infrastructure administration.


Core Responsibilities

  • Desktop & Executive Support: Deliver rapid-response tier-1 and tier-2 troubleshooting for hardware, local workstations, and executive technical issues.
  • Application Ecosystem Care: Administer and optimize specialized legal software architectures, including document management systems (DMS) and practice platforms.
  • Ticket & Queue Management: Oversee the internal helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring swift resolution times and accurate documentation of technical workflows.
  • IT Vendor Interface: Serve as the primary liaison with external technology vendors and managed service providers to expedite systems infrastructure projects.
  • Digital Court Support: Facilitate seamless digital operations, troubleshooting remote video depositions and legal filing application pipelines for active legal teams.
